How to reserve?

After searching for desired location through the map, select the location then a chart of the parking lot will appear. Simply select any available spot at a certain zone and press the "Reserve" button.

Can I cancel my reservation?

It is possible for customers to cancel their reservation within an hour of booking.

How can I pay?

Before leaving the exit gate, you can either have the amount deducted from the in-app wallet automatically or pay through knet, visa, Apple Pay, or Samsung Pay.

What are your working hours?

Our customer service is from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. from Saturday to Thursday, and from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays. However, the reservation is available 24/7.
